Went to Bangkok with Joni, 4D and Clever last August. Had lots of fun, did lots of walking and sight seeing, took lots of photos, quite a lot of eating and drinking etc. This was my 2nd time to Bangkok and i recommend you to go, it's a safer place and quieter than manila. Checked in at The Top Inn, Khao San Road. Clever (red shirt) flew from Manila and we met up in the airport.

Fave thing to do, gather with friends with good drinks and good music. Acoustic is a must!

Main sama burung ah at Pigeon Park..here there will be some ppl who will 'offer' you a plastic of corn to feed the birds, they will say 'it't free'..nah brabis la kami mengambil tu mknan.. last2 kami mo jalan dah, tu org blang 'hello hello, 300baht'. We refused to pay but he insisted and even reduced the price. lastly we gave him 30baht and walked away..they call this 'Pigeon Scam'.

Sleeping Buddha... One has to take off the shoes, queqe for pics cos there are several hot spots for good pics, encouraged to make donation by putting coins in jars, and make sure ur sandals are not stolen outside the temple
