Like The Flowing Waterpipe

Didn't want to copy Paulo but can't think of any other better topic than that. It's not the exact copy but it is the exact thought of mine. Here i am in KK just landed 1 hour ago from Sandakan. Just hang out in Starbucks first, having an ice blended that i've been thinking since a week ago.
Oh no calories really goin to shoot up this week since i'll be in KK for the whole week. Food in KK are just fabulous, ironically the fabs ones are those of high cal and low vitamins hah! But i read from Mike Geary's e-zine this week that hi cals and hi sugar food are fine for hi-intensity exercise such as futsal, basketball, sprint running, hill running, football dan yang sewaktu dengannya. Because it gives us the appropriate energy to move around. So the conclusion is the more we eat, the more we MUST exercise. Wahaha! easier said than done but it has to be done, if not we will be like a room that store old files with crockcoaches, mama tikus, anak tikus, tai dorang, tai cicak dan macam2 tai lagi. Do we want to be like that? I dont think so. Balancing food and exercise is the hardest thing to do after no.1 hit - breaking someone's heart. I dont know whether it applies to you but it definitely apply to me. But i will not elaborate that further. Foods have been gloriously advertised in mass media like TV, radio, internet, newspaper, mags, shopping complexes where you have food sample by the counter and on the streets. And not forgetting cheap-skate advertisement where you paste ur ads on an old building wall, pillars, bus-stop, slipping food flyers on ppl's windshield, dan yang sewaktu dengannya. So everywhere we go, we see food. And we can get all these food for an affordable price, some are cheap, some are expensive, some are free like maggie mee free sample in Ngiu Kee.
So if we are able to see food as accessible, affordable, fun, tasty and mind blowing. Then we can also apply that thinking to exercise. Let's promote exercise like we promote food. Put exercise in colourful flyers, slip the exercise flyers into someone's car, give away those flyers to the public while they are trying free maggie mee sample. Come on! Come on!
And at this moment, i have just finished a grande size of ice blended coffee and a donut (yes, i was also been thinking abt that since a week ago). But i didnt finished the ice blended coffee (guilty) cos it's too sweet, it's killing me. Okay have to go now, going inside City Mall to buy something. Bye-bye and dont forget to promote exercise to ourselves, our family, our friends, our partners, our acquaintances, our bosses, ourselves again and whoever we think may be concerned. Hidup exercise!! Hidup exercise!!

Whenever i think about you, i remember how you'd lived. One solid and strong impression was you are full of love. I remember how you love me... there's no word that can describe you grandma, none but one, LOVE.

I've been missing you since 3 christmas ago, and that was when i started to trust in Jesus, sometimes i went insane and prayed that i can be with you at that moment, but that's not how He wants me to think. But He also wants me to know of who i am today and of u and and of mum.

Grandma, i'm sorry i didn't take good care of u when u were ill. That, i regretted so much but i know u have forgiven me. If i have one more day to be with u here on earth, i would be by ur side and have quality time together. I will take care of u. Grandma, I remember how you love me and I love you too, miss u so much...

BIRD FAIR 2008

In conjuction of Zoom Malaysia, Sandakan Bird Fair 2008 was held in Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC) last weekend. It was an event officiated by our Minister of Tourism, Dato Azalina Othman. Those who attended were from various gov departments, NGOs, local and international tourists, Sabahans especially, tour agencies, resorts, etc. Lots of people! I didn't bring my camera so didn't get the chance to shoot a lot during those 2 days.

Well, my original plan was only to be there during the officiating and then back home. So during lunch i hang out with some colleagues from FRC in the information counter. I didn't know they are actually the DJ for the event. Suddenly they invited me to be with them and main-main jadi DJ, i said yes. At first, bagagar juga lah cos only used to speak in formal way and not casually in front of a big group. Not forgetting the 'struggling for words' punya insiden lagi haizzz... But it turned out to be okay aaaand i stayed there until 5pm. Well, that was not my original plan but it was a good and fun experience though. Glad i stayed and glad i came back on the 2nd day!

A true story of courage

There was no expression on Teacher James’ face. He distributed the classroom work for us to do. It was Bahasa Melayu class and we get to...
